Tip 1

Low Handicaps: Two options on the tee, bomb drive down the right with a high draw can get you over the mounds and close to the green. Or lay up to the mounds and with a three wood opening the green up for an easy nine iron or wedge approach. The green sits on a hill with a cluster of old gums protecting the right landing area. If you want a birdie you will need to take on the left edge of the old gums, hitting it in from a good height. This will get the ball sitting soft, feeding it down to the centre of the green. This green breaks more than you think and can be quick. Good luck!

Tip 2

High(er) Handicaps: Drive it high up the right side of the fairway, and don’t be bothered about hitting it too far right. The idea is to stay away from the OOB and bunker down the left. Hit your second just short of the old gums on the right side of the green, because most time, the ball will kick forward and feed up to the edge or onto the green. The putt will break towards the creek quite a lot, so aim high and hit soft.
